Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account. By registering, you confirm you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Safety Policy.
By accessing or using Anand Kaaraj ("the Platform"), including by creating an account, browsing profiles, sending messages, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Community Guidelines, and our Safety Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
To register and use Anand Kaaraj, you must:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may only create one account per person. Notify us immediately at info@anandkaaraj.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
All content you submit must be accurate and genuinely represent you. You must not:

Anand Kaaraj offers a free tier and a Premium subscription. By subscribing to Premium, you agree to:
All profiles are reviewed before being made visible. We reserve the right to reject or remove any profile at our sole discretion. Approval does not constitute identity verification. Members are responsible for their own due diligence when communicating with others.
You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content solely to operate the Platform. We will not use your photographs in advertising without explicit consent. The Anand Kaaraj name, logo, and code are our intellectual property.
Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data. You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data. We comply with PIPEDA (Canada) and GDPR where applicable.
Your safety is our priority. Please read our Safety Policy in full. We strongly recommend never sharing financial information with other members, always meeting in public, and reporting suspicious behaviour immediately. Anand Kaaraj is not responsible for the conduct of members outside the Platform.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, that the Platform will be available at all times, or that profiles are verified to be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anand Kaaraj shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any harm arising from member conduct, offline meetings, or fraud by other members. Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding a claim, or CAD $100, whichever is greater.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms. You may delete your account from your account settings or by emailing us. Accounts terminated for fraud or serious violations will not be reinstated.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
